The ConciergeService

For hosts, families & house-sitters

The front desk for your guests.

Write the answers once: the door, the Wi-Fi, the shower, trash day, your favourite bakery. Guests open one link on their phone and find everything without texting you. With a dated stay link (Concierge Pass), the door code appears only on the days of the stay.

One guide, three moments

Arrive. Stay. Leave.

Most guest questions come at the same three moments. The guide is built around them, so the answer is where a tired traveller looks for it.

I

Arrive

Before the bags are down.

  • Address with an "open in maps" link
  • Parking and how the lock works
  • Door code, shown on stay days only with a stay link
  • Wi-Fi name and password, one tap to copy
II

Stay

Everything you would otherwise explain.

  • How-to cards: thermostat, TV, coffee, shower
  • House rules and quiet hours
  • Your own local picks
  • Where the first-aid kit and shut-offs are
  • Care list for pets and plants
III

Leave

A tidy goodbye.

  • Check-out time
  • Your check-out checklist
  • A stay link closes itself after the last day

Stay links

The code appears on the first day.

Give each guest a dated stay link. Before they arrive they can read the whole guide, but the door code and Wi-Fi password stay hidden. On the first day they appear. After the last day the link shows only "this stay has ended".

Change the lock code between guests and the old one was never on the page outside the stay. End any link at any time with one button.

How stay links work

Who it is for

Anyone who hands over a key.

No listing, no booking, no app for your guests to install: a page that answers questions.

Rental hosts

One guide per place, a dated link per booking. Paste the link into your booking message; the code shows up on arrival day and disappears after.

Family & friends staying

The guest room, the tricky shower, where the coffee lives. Your visitors stop hunting and you stop explaining.

House- & pet-sitters

A care list with times, the alarm panel, trash day, the vet. Everything the sitter needs while you are away, in one link.

What it never does

A guide, and nothing else.

  • No staff. No person answers your guests; they contact you.
  • No bookings or payments between you and your guests.
  • No accounts or email. Your Desk opens with a private link.
  • No guest data. Guests type nothing; we count views, not people.
  • No ads in your guide or Desk, no AI writing, no selling or sharing what you write.
  • No codes outside the stay on a dated stay link.
