How it works
Write it once. Share one link.
Four steps, about ten minutes for the first guide. No account, no email address, nothing for your guests to install.
Open a Host Desk
One button. The Desk opens in this browser and gives you a private link: keep it (in your notes or password manager), because it is the only way back from another phone or computer. There is no account and no password reset.
Start a guide for the place
Name it, pick its time zone and a starting point: vacation rental, friends & family staying or house- or pet-sitter. Each fills in sensible suggestions you edit or delete. Then fill the tabs: Welcome, Arrive, How things work, House rules, Local picks, Safety, Care list, Leave.
Make a guest link
An always-on link shows the whole guide whenever it is opened, including the door code and Wi-Fi password if you entered them. A stay link (Concierge Pass) has a first and last day in the place's time zone:
- before the first day the guide is readable but the codes say when they will appear;
- from midnight on the first day to the end of the last day the codes are on screen;
- after the last day the link shows only "this stay has ended".
A stay link covers up to 60 days. You can end any link at once; it then opens nothing.
Send it, print it
Paste the link into your booking message, text or email. Print the welcome binder for the kitchen drawer (it leaves the door code out), and with the Concierge Pass a table card with a QR code and a Wi-Fi card phones can scan to join.
What is kept, and how
- The door code and Wi-Fi password are stored encrypted. Everything else you type is stored as you wrote it, so the guide can be shown.
- Guests type nothing. Each link counts how many times it was opened; no names, addresses or device details are kept.
- Anyone holding a guest link can read that guide, so send it only to your guests. Anyone holding your Desk link can edit, so keep that one to yourself.
What it is not
The Concierge Service is software. No person answers your guests, books anything, or vouches for any place. Your local picks are your own words; we look nothing up.
