A front desk, without the desk clerk.

The Concierge Service is a small, self-running tool for people who have others staying in their home: rental hosts, families with visitors, and anyone leaving the house with a sitter.

The idea is the hotel compendium: the leather folder on the desk that tells you where breakfast is and how the lights work. Here you write it once, guests open it on their phone, and the door code shows only while the stay is on.

It is software only. No one at The Concierge Service talks to your guests, takes bookings or handles money between you and them. We are not affiliated with any rental platform, hotel company or concierge business.

Built and run by WeldonPC (Garfield Heights, Ohio), which also maintains it. Questions about the site: weldonpc.com.
