The service

The Concierge Service lets you write a guide to a place and share it by link. It does not rent, book, inspect or vouch for any place, and no person answers your guests.

Your content

You are responsible for what you write and for who you give links to. Do not put anything in a guide that is unlawful, that you have no right to share, or that could put someone in danger. Do not use it to advertise, sell or collect information from guests. We may remove guides that break these rules.

Anyone with a guest link can read that guide; anyone with your Desk link can change it. Keep the Desk link private. We cannot recover a lost Desk link.

Codes and safety information

Stay links hide the door code and Wi-Fi password outside the dates you set, in the time zone you chose. Change physical lock codes between guests as you normally would; a link is not a lock. Safety notes are your own words; in an emergency guests should call 911.

Prices and payment

Free: one guide. Concierge Pass: $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, renewing until cancelled in PayPal; a cancelled pass runs to the end of the paid period. Stay Pass: $1.00 once for 14 days. Payments are not switched on yet; during the preview the Pass is free and nothing is charged. Payment is processed by PayPal.

Keeping and deleting

You can delete a guide or the whole Desk at any time. Desks not opened for 400 days and without a running pass are deleted, with their guides and links. Stay links are deleted 31 days after their last day.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your content safe but cannot promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
